I started my own fitness journey exactly the way most beginners do — confused, intimidated, and convinced everyone at the gym already knew something I didn't. I spent months doing the wrong things, getting mediocre results, and wondering why it wasn't working.
What changed wasn't my effort. It was having someone explain the fundamentals without judgment. A trainer who treated me like an intelligent adult who just needed the right information. Once I had that, everything clicked.
