Do I need any fitness experience to start?+

Zero experience is exactly where we start. Every program assumes you've never trained before. The first few weeks are intentionally simple so you can build the habit without feeling overwhelmed.

What does a beginner personal training program look like?+

Your first month focuses on foundational movement patterns — squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and carries. We start with bodyweight or very light weight, build consistency, and layer in complexity only when you're ready. No intimidating exercises on day one.
