How does online personal training actually work?+
After a free consultation, KT builds your custom program based on your goals, equipment, schedule, and fitness level. You receive your workouts digitally with video demonstrations for every exercise. For 1:1 Coaching, you check in biweekly to review progress, ask questions, and adjust your plan.
Is online personal training as effective as in-person?+
For most people — especially beginners — yes. Research shows that online coaching produces comparable results to in-person training when the client follows the program consistently. The added benefit: online coaching removes scheduling friction, commute time, and gym intimidation that causes many beginners to quit.
What do I need to get started with online training?+
A phone or computer to receive your program and communicate with KT. That's it. Equipment is optional — your program is built around whatever you have access to, whether that's a full gym, home dumbbells, or just your bodyweight.
How is online training different from a fitness app?+
Fitness apps give you generic programs designed for a hypothetical average person. Online personal training means your program is built specifically for you — your body, goals, limitations, and schedule. When your knee starts aching or you hit a plateau, you have an actual coach to ask.
Can I do online personal training without a gym membership?+
Absolutely. Many of KT's clients train entirely at home. Your program is built around the equipment you actually have — not what would be ideal. Home workouts, gym workouts, or a mix — all work.

Yes. While KT is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and primarily serves the Greater Toronto Area, online coaching is available to anyone in Canada. Sessions, check-ins, and all communication happen virtually.
