Then we start with wall push-ups, or incline push-ups, or whatever your body can do today. Progression is the whole point. There's no entry standard — just a willingness to start.

How is this different from a YouTube workout?

Most programs fail beginners because they're designed for people who already have experience. We build the habit first, then layer in complexity. The first 4 weeks are intentionally simple — so you can actually stick to it.

For 1:1 Coaching, cancellation must be submitted via email at least 7 days before your next payment date. A $20 fee applies with proper notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice incur a fee of 50% of the monthly rate. Standardized Plans are a one-time purchase and non-recurring.
